  • table olives
  • olive products

  • as well as to other countries where shipping is feasible.

The company is not responsible for delays due to transport companies or reasons of force majeure.

Right of Withdrawal – Returns

According to European consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.

However, exceptions apply to food products.

The right of return does not apply when:

  • the product packaging has been opened
  • these are products that spoil easily
  • these are products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

In case of damage during transport, the customer must inform the company within 48 hours of receipt.
